The Canara Bank Credit Card Self Service Mobile App is a versatile app that is available on Android and iOS platforms, as well as accessible on tablets, desktops, and notebooks. This app provides comprehensive access to all the information you need about your Canara Credit Card.

It is worth noting that for Samsung and Vivo phone users, it is recommended to disable the auto-update feature in the Galaxy Store or Vivo App Store and install the app only through the Play Store. This will resolve the issue of frequent app updates.

Before registering, please ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:

1. You must have an active Canara Credit Card.
2. A valid mobile number is mandatory for registration.

The Canara Saathi app offers a range of functionalities, including:

1. Registration:
   • User Registration: Register and set a password for the mobile app.
   • Forgot User Name/Password/Change Password: Retrieve your username, reset your password, or change your password.
2. Summary Data:
   • Summary Details of Credit Card: View basic information about your credit card.
   • View Last Five Transactions: Access details of your last five credit card transactions.
   • View Unbilled Transactions: Review all unbilled transactions.
   • Credit Card Statement for a Period: Generate and download credit card statements for a specific time period.
3. Real Time Transactions:
   • Credit Card Payments*: Make credit card payments using debit cards and internet banking.
   • Purchase to EMI*: Convert eligible transactions above Rs 5000/- to EMIs ranging from 3, 6, or 9 months at an interest rate of 13% p.a., or 12, 18, or 24 months at an interest rate of 14% p.a. Please note that this feature is not applicable for cash withdrawals and jewellery purchases, and is also not available for corporate customers.
4. Service Request:
   • Lost/Stolen Card Report*: Report a lost or stolen card and initiate hot-listing.
   • Card Replacement*: Request a card replacement due to wear and tear or upon returning from an abroad visit.
   • Switching Off/On (Block/Unblock) Credit Card Usage.
   • PIN Change: Change the PIN for your credit card.
